thanks guys for the info.. It will be interesteing to see if there is any change in the fish positions here in the next few weeks before I go up.. Has anyone spent enough time out there to see what temp it really takes before the fish push to the shallow? I'm assuming its gradual and not an overnight ordeal but an interesting subject.

Heading up to red door here in 2 weeks and just wondering what effect 5 degrees or so or even 10 degrees water temp has on the lake? Also looking at coming up for september full moon.. is that too early for "good" rap trolling in the shallows? Trying to get the gf something bigger than 24 inches that she caught on the lake last winter!! thanks guys for the reply or PM.. gotta keep her interested!!

Heading up tomorrow out of becker's on the south side and its far too quiet? I NEED to get the gf on fish! Is anyone still finding fish shallow or have they transitioned with the warmer water lately? Also are minnows done or do they still rule the roost. Just want her to catch fish, she has reminded me many times its a 4 hour drive! Thanks guys pm or on here and if you're up there I have a 2013 competitor with 70 Yama. Blue and white.

I have been trying to do some research because I go up to winni next weekend. Do the fish transition off minnows to crawlers and leaches shortly? Is there a good night bite? Do people jig the deeper water or lindy? I'm taking my gf and she got skunked on Mille so any advice would be greatly appreciated through reply or pm. Thanks guys.
