Where would be the best place in the forum to post the pics if we have one? Bait shop, open water, walleye section, Tournament talk?

From doing different types of wood work in the past pine plywood will work just fine supported properly. but no matter what type of wood you use, especially out doors, it has to be sealed some way or another. Water seal obviously would do a world of good. Somthing that doesnt soak into the wood, but actually builds a layer so nothing else can go into the wood and potetially rot it. Latex house paint would work also, but make sure its completely dried before putting carpat on the boards.

I've only seen one moose in the wild and it was a cow. I could tell it was a young one and it was huge! It made my canoe small. I've seen foot prints of a bull and I've seen nothing like it. A mature bull moose is a massive creature! Very nice pic. Impressive animal!

If you like pflugers, but want to save dough. Gander mtn Guide series bait casters are made by pfluger. They now have a burner reel, and really nice ten bearing low pro reels this year.

I have my areas that I like to stand on the shore up there on a couple different rivers..., but it would kinda be a bummer if I drove 2hrs to find 300yds of ice to cast over!! Still, Skinny, parp, and even bignasty chime in for me last year, so again thank you!
