Went out of Lybacks last weekend - he plowed spots, very little water came up - most froze around the hole. I can see how if it were a crack or hole under some snow how it would wick up and/or be pushed up with the weight of the snow alone...

So -

How bad will the flooding be after all this snow falls? Been looking forward to Perch Ex, now im not sure what kind of condition anything is going to be in, especially with more snow predicted for the weekend...

Park on the ice, fish from porties 100 yards from house?

Not much planning of much heavy duty off roading. Probably enough to unhook house, blaze a loop, rehook and park...

Kinda limits the set-up, but not alot of choice. Wife and kids want to get out - last few weekends booked with "other" stuff...

Are most (any) resorts willing (paid) to plow spots?

Who's house are you standing next to in the 2nd pic? Your just as close to that house as they are to your wheel house. Even if it is an acquaintance, the hub doesnt know that, and likely thinks its fine for them to follow suit...

As long as they arent loud and making a lot of racket, i wouldn't care...

Is the weight of the snow making slush an issue?

Thanks -

How is it getting around once you get out there, either from Red Door or Hunters? Not looking for specifics - just pulling a wheelhouse with a half ton... Or anywhere on the lake for that matter...

Thanks -

How much "good" ice are you typically finding under the snow/slush blanket? i dont mind a little off roading and getting stuck, as long as i stay topside....

Whats the best place to get on the lake with a wheelhouse? Was invited to come out that way, and having never been on the lake, wouldnt mind a few pointers... the Marina report is a great start, i see there is a little more structure on the north side, with the marina on the south. is it safe* to drive southside to the North? or is there North side access?

thanks -
