on sunday there was about 8" wheelers all over; alot of heaves though; there was also a 8x16 castle out there

i was going to go with the adapter route for a power auger bit, after I asked SM if it would work to redrill holes with a chipper bit, they told me the bit wont hold up to the torque; you would think there would be a similar stronger bit out there...

i got the heliums from simmons sporting goods, 100 bux with shipping for 3 of them; I think most of them are the same price, scheels sometimes has a better deal i beleive

I did the samething last year, i sold my heavy hang ons and went to a complete run and gun setup (except for gun season) aftter further research on weights of stands and climbing sticks, I went with the X-stand xpedition; i think the advertised weight is 12lbs or something, and then I went with the 3 Hawk helium climbing sticks -3lbs/section. I didnt want to break the bank is the main reason i went with xstand but after further research, the reviews were great and so was the weight. the helium sticks have favorable reviews vs Lone wolf's quick sticks. although, lone wolf is hard to beat besides the price...
