My H20c finally checked out. What other handheld GPS units with good lake map capability are you using? I know some are using cel phones but I've not been impressed with those APPS.

I sold my Castle but I still have my maintainer. I put it in the window in the summer to keep charge up. If you're interested I'd sell it.

Lightly wet sand the handle 400 grit to clean it. Then use very very fine cork sanding dust and mix with waterproof wood glue. Wet sand again to smooth. Second option is regular sandable wood filler. I've done both. Use sacrificial corks for the dust from hobby supply store.

I purchase wholesale through Utmost Ent. and Get-Bit-Outdoors. I think either will sell retail also.

I'm assuming your looking at Immortal RX8 line. I'm a die hard St Croix person, that said dollar for dollar the Rainshadow is an exceptional blank. The St Croix maybe a little bit faster in the tip but not enough to affect performance. I don't think you'd be disappointed. I've built several rods with the Immortal blank.
