Dew, you sure can find fault in everything can't you!

Control of the meat that goes into a sausage is a major factor in homemade sausage. It is true that Reinhard is using some premixed spices in some of his stuff, but he always likes to doctor them up. Thanks for sharing Reinhard!

I having been using my front well for storage, and will use it as a cooler. I'm trying to find a soft side cooler bag to fit in there for trips when ice availability is limited.

Made a run out west again last weekend with Jeremy to chase some walleyes on another new to us lake. We had a some info that spinners were putting fish in the boat on this lake. We put on some crawler harnesses and starting working the weed edges and some flats adjacent to first deep break-lines exploring the lake's structure and points. Jeremy quickly boated two fish on a longer spinner so I made the switch to a longer one and that was key. Different colors were working as long as the spinner was at least 5-6 feet long (water was fairly clear). I was running a bouncer and Jeremy was running a long lindy weight and they both worked. We caught fish all day long which was an awesome compliment to the weather which was also great. Mid afternoon we pulled out the trolling rods as I needed to do some break in on my kicker motor. Even though I was changing speeds and direction frequently, we caught a couple more fish on cranks. Sure was a great day on the water with a good friend.
