Our crew got 25 gallons last night. Couldve gotten more but we called it a night around 1am. We were all soaked from them huge waves. Tonight should be better weather. Hope u guys do well tonight if heading out tonight.......

I personally think this year they will run under the ice. If you want smelt try dip netting at the Lester or other rivers. It's all about water temperature. When it's time and the water temperature is right, it's time.

Yeah I was talking to Reinhard about it. He meant that it's gonna be next to impossible because even if the ice clears off the lake, the beach/shoreline will still have ice making it hard to get to the water to seine.
