Was there last weekend
The bite is on and lots of big fish.
We had all from 24-28.5" lots of fun
saw a 12 year old kid catch a 28" with his dad and grandfather in the boat....sweet!

Riggin with a jumbo leech was our success...we tried spinners but they responded to leeches....I think it was pretty calm out...We were at the flats and you can see the congregation of boats....I heard the gravel is starting and fish were slightly smaller. Neighbor guide was taking guys out with leadcore and cranks and did well...
doesn't seem to matter...wife and I were there several days noon time, bright sun....fished the edges...Lots of fun with big fish ...most fish are healthy but a quick release as they are starting to get stressed from the depths...
most of ours were 28-32 FOW
.good luck

I have a cabin in Isle and would like a recomendation on the best choice of lakes on north side
To get in on the sunfish spawn.....should be time.....don't ya think.
Many of the lakes are small and similar....what would be a couple top ones?
Thank you
