A terrible tragedy no doubt. Thoughts and prayers sent out to those families.

BTW: guy on resort on millacs says its way off and that one should only use lake master chip GPS units. I am not sure but guess its better than nothing....

Even the SonarCharts version? Aren't those based off of actual sonar readings?

What version of the app is that? I don't seem to have that icon on the lower left showing the different chart options.

I've had the app for several years and its on an android phone.

I've looked through the app and can't seem to find anything relating to these different charts. Am I missing something or is this only available on newer versions?

You may have to uninstall and re-install the app. That or look for an update.

Stuff it down the hole. That's all you can do.

An illegal sized fish in possession = a ticket.

Yep, that's about it And also while fishing in deeper waters, try slowing down the retrieve.

Using SonarCharts is a huge difference maker! I only discovered it a couple of weeks ago.

Looks like Christmas came early this year! Unfortunately, the picture does in no justice! Thanks Timjo!

Oh my goodness. I should never have opened this thread!

On a related note. Great deal on Kingsford at Lowe's right now. Two 20 pound bags for $9.88! Wish there was a store closer to me!!! Wonder if Wally World will price match? Their best deal is two 14# bags for $13.88.

As you all know. It wasn't just about me and the big fish. Great day overall with the boy! He had a knack for the crappie!

Thanks for all of the kind words.

Timjo seems to think that fish was closer to the 11" mark. Can't wait to see the replica!
