Solid Deck Stain Recommendations

Hi all,
Looking for help on personal recommendations on a SOLID deck stain to be used on the floor boards. This is going over existing solid stain.

To be helpful please confirm when your stain was put on your deck and how it held up. So many stain companies have been acquired by others and/or formulas changed due to new EPA requirements that what used to be go to stains are now considered very poor choices (e.g. Cabot's Solid Stain).

Frustrating researching on the internet. Any current solid stains all seem to have very poor reviews consistently (Cabots & Behr - despite both being rated very high on Consumer Reports), or are all over the map with good & bad reviews (Olympic Elite/Maximum, Benjamin Moore, Flood, Pittsburgh, Sherwin Williams SuperDeck, Sikkens).

I'd prefer to buy something that I can just go to a store in the Twin Cities and pick up vs buying over the internet.

Thanks all for your help!

FYI ... for some other areas that I did not require use of solid stain I tried Rymar Xtreme (expensive @ $90/gallon). We'll see how well that stuff holds up. It has only been a few weeks so too early to tell. Put it on railings & cedar shakes so I would expect it to do fine. Unfortunately they do not have a "Solid" stain product.

7'+ medium power rod is what i recommend. You'll be running mono, so the extra length helps on the hook set. Any decent carbon fiber rod will do. I'm a Fenwick fan, Hmg's are a good value and come with a lifetime warrenty.

If your looking for other fun things to do, strongly recommend "Oaxaca Expediciones " talk to Christian. Zimatan tour was awesome. Again you can reference reviews on trip advisor

Fished with Tino's sport fishing a couple years ago. He was great. See comments on trip advisor. Great service, caught plenty of fish. If you want to go out on a bigger charter, he can help set you up.

Looking for recommendations for a company to work with regarding selling a home by owner. Looking to eliminate money on seller commissions for a lake home in the Chisago Lakes area (North Center Lake). Services I would need: MLS listing & listing to other home sale sites, disclosure forms, scheduling service for realtor showings, professional for sale signs, sales brochure, open house listing. If selling becomes a problem, would be helpful if the company had a flat rate realtor upgrade option.

Any other advise you have about the general process for selling by owner or flat rate realtors would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

I use Yum Boogee Tail in a pearl and red tip. Also use on spinner baits. Don't fish bass normally except when messing around on the dock. I've had good luck when tipping with these.

Any reports on ice conditions/thickness on White Bear Lake? Looking to walk out from Bellaire Park tomorrow for our annual brothers fishing outing.

Thanks!
