We went out of the north end on Friday Dec 15th and fished the break, we caught 5 fish but only 1 20.5" keeper, just about everything we marked we caught, spoons worked the best for us, best time was between 4:30 & 5:30 pm, after dark we marked some fish but no biters. We went back sunday same time & place and got shutout.

Hi,
I was just looking for some help on locating some good smallmouth spots on leech lake, I have only caught 1 or 2 by accident, I know the lake but I would truly appreciate any info on smallmouth locations for this time of year. I am heading up there this weekend. thanks for your help.

I am heading up this weekend for the first time in many years, where are some of the best weed spots on the main lake? I hear the weed beds are not what they used to be years ago, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
