I can answer the little buddy question I own one have had zero issues starting it it's 1 setting I have used it in my clam Nanook it works ok during the day in I would say like 15 degrees in above but soon as the sun goes down it isn't warm enough for me ,but I like to just be wearing just a sweatshirt in the house. It's perfect for a bit warmer weather the 1 lbers last a good while

Was just out there this last weekend went out of winter access by the sand bar. Drove all over with no issues. Not the best walleye lake, there small and there's a slot limit. Did catch a few nice crappies but was really slow.

Drove out of Geiger's yesterday 15 to 17 inches of ice everywhere I measured. Fishing was slow did catch a few jumbo perch crappie and walleye. Lots of small perch around this year. Did have a half dozen eye marks but they wouldn't commit.

Don't want to give them any ideas but I am surprised they don't have a vehicle fee to drive on frozen lakes just the the state park sticker.
