Im thinking tri is the way too go. Especially because of the motor size. Years ago, my uncle had a pontoon and was terrible to load/unload at the access. Have they gotten any better?? I would hate to not be able to access the thing.

Well, due to a couple of young ones, I believe my fishing boat days might be over for a few years. I have a 20' fiberglass boat now but was looking at some pontoons this weekend. I've seen nice tritoons and some pontoons on mille lacs before and they seem to do well on it. Soooo, looking for some info on how they handle the waves and if they're decent boats to fish out of. I'm thinking rod holders, trolling motors, possibly down riggers.... Any ideas or info on these things would be greatly appreciated!!

Perfect, thanks guys. Would think there would be an easier way to look up something and have it say it was a no wake or not. But got it! Maybe hit her up tomorrow or the weekend

There is a number to call to find out if the no wake is still in effect or if it has been dropped. Does anyone know of this #? Please let me know if there is any other way I do not know about either. Thanks much!!!

So im heading up to lake of the woods fishing on wednesday. And my snowmobile which I just bought (used) specifically for fishing seems very soft in the back. The guy I bought it from had shocks put in a week before I bought it. I called the place he had the work done (I have the receipt)and they guy didnt seem to concerned or take much responsibility. No names as of yet, I will give him a chance to hopefully redeem himself. But, if hes gonna act like the dillweed I think he is and not take responsibility for these bad shocks im gonna need a place that can help me out in short notice. Please help with any ideas of who does snowmobile work in st paul or northern parts of the cities. Thanks so much to you all!!

Well I did the soft reset, no luck. It sounds as if the antenna is going to be the problem. Kinda sucks being I use it usually only for ice fishing and is in perfect shape. Never even being dropped. Quick question again. The new lowrances still have problems? And who else has handhelds that use lakemaster chips? Looks as if Im gonna have to do some research....

So I have a lowrance expedition that I can't get connected to satellites. It shows that its searching and the bars move up and down but never connects. Probably only 4-5 years old. Called lowrance or whatever they call themselves now and spoke to a gentleman there. Had one thing I could try so turned waas off still didnt connect. didnt seem like he cared that much though. The only other option was to send it in for a flat rate of 150 bucks and 13 for shipping. Wouldve liked if he at least pretended to give a crap. So my question is.. is there anyone else that you guys know that might have an answer for me?? Thanks for any ideas they're appreciated!!
