Quality inflatable jacket

I believe it's never too much money to save your life or others. So I'm looking to invest into some quality inflatable jackets. I've read articles about the inflation going off from heat or dampness on the seat it was placed on. I don't want the less expensive ones that tend to be problematic.

Any recommendations on the inflatable jackets from the people that wear them all the time when on a boat?

Any insights on how to store them when not in use?

I fished a few nights this past week before, during and after dusk. Nothing but small perch and the occasional crappie. In past years, in the fall spots I fish it's good to catch perch early and then the walleye move in for a little while.

Is this what others are experiencing? Or am I the one that needs new spots?

I've been on the west side of the lake. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sure would be nice to start getting some posts on Tonka.

I know the name is crappie hunter, but this trip I want to catch a couple walleyes. I'm Looking for some tips on Pelican for walleye. Just hoping to get a few for a small fish fry. I will be staying at Fair Hills Resort in July, which is on the northwest side as far as I can tell. There is a few things I have questions about.

1) Are the hazards marked well?
2) Typical method of fishing for walleyes in July
3) Any recommendations on a guide.
4) Any one interested in fishing with me that has knowledge of that lake or any nearby.
5) Is there a bite during the day or is it strictly a low light bite.

Anyone that can help me out is welcome to fish with me on the Mississippi River.

I appreciate any help.
