I came home a couple of days ago (Wed). The water temp dropped from 54 to 50. In two days we never saw a school of shiners. They
must have moved back out? Fishing was very tough. We fished
the Federal Dam end.
Good Luck !

It appears that the MN eagles aren't going to nest this season.
They worked on their nest but never laid an egg ! ?
They may be young ones.

Peregrine Falcons and Kestrels will soon be hatching.

They seem to be late this year. The nests in Decorah, IA have both
hatched.

Comrade Trump..................CAVED !

I suggest the Trump get all of closest aids and advisers
out of the Federal Penitentiaries .... on work release and
have them start building His wall. A dozens or so Felons
should get a few miles built..........serving 10-15 years.

Guys were walking out on, at least, two lakes in Easter SD on
Saturday. The lakes froze over on Wednesday. It was plenty
chilly to make ice the next few day after that.
It was cold and windy sitting in a tree before sunrise and until sunset.

Thanks ! Yes the definition and clarity are the best that I have seen.

Thanks,

The Brown bears in Alaska have color phases as well. Never
black but shades of Brown to pale ( dirty white).

Color phases of the Black bear are not uncommon in Canada.

Pretty sure it is a fairly young Brown bear.
