Got them done yesterday and vac packed them today. Some are going up with me tomorrow for my brother when I head to Duluth for some walleye fishing. The recipe is in my site below in the Homemade Sausage page. Didn't have time for the smoker so the oven came in handy. 225 deg. until the internal was 160 and then the cold water bath. This is one of my family's favorites and a winner every time. I do add garlic because I add garlic to everything. good luck.

Dang fine looking Franks Reinhard and perfect with that good mustard to dip them in. I've got 3 different flavored jars of mustard from Paris my parents brought back for me from their vacation that will blow your head off they're so spicy but they'd be great with these!

Nothing like some homemade franks! Just got a 6' SS table for the butcher shop at the shack. Next year building a new shop for it. Gonna have to try a hot recipe for elk if we get one this year. Thanks R
