I found a bag of Langostino Lobster at Costco. I have been meaning to make lobster rolls for awhile now. However lobsters are a pain to pick out of the shell and it is expensive because you need like 5 whole lobsters to make a pound of picked meat. So I figured this would be a easier less expensive way to make them. Oh my word I think I like Langostino better then real lobster. I melted a bath of butter, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce, cajun spice and parsley in a foil pan. heated up the langgostino on my blackstone griddle for literally 30-45 seconds on low then dropped them in the bath and tossed it. I then toasted some top split hot dog buns and filled them up.
