Went and checked out a lake with a few buddies yesterday up north. Never fished it before never even heard anything but thought it looked good. Boy was I right.i caught about 20 crappies with only 4 being under 14" and 9 15"-16.75". At one point I got 6 fish in a row over 15" and they were so think. The biggest one had a tail the size of my hand. All fish were released to get caught again. Was alot of work to stay on the school as they were constantly on the move but was well worth it. Wish I got more pictures but when the school of 14"+ crappies is under you and not staying long I wanted to fire right back down and not wait for someone to come take a picture.

That's going to be a tough day to beat. Some guys fish crappies there whole life for a 15 inch fish. Must have been a hell of an experience.

Thanks guys. It was fun. My wife was getting sick of me talking about it lol. I went back yesterday And we got 5 15"+ out of 4 people. The school took us till one o'clock to find. And once we did they didn't move for about 5 minutes then I think got worked up to much and was on the move again. Would chase for 10-15 mins untill they would sit still for about 2 fish worth then move again.
