I also want to talk to you about a project I have. I'll catch up with you away from here though.

Why don't you go out there and move his shack 20 feet from where it is when no one is there and then go fish your spot.... Yeah it does stink but unfortunately there is not a lot you can do. Word of mouth can definately hurt someone's business but there are a lot of people that still wouldn't care. Someday he will get his due.

When Foley was talking about a guy driving his sled 4 feet, literally (heel to toe) 4 boot lengths from his portable that was me who measured it. I am still pissed about that. The man was doing at least 40 mph and could have injured us if he would have lost control or we happened to get out of our portables. There is just no common sense anymore. My theory, fish w/ who you can trust and dont tell anyone anything. Take what you can eat, and enjoy the best time of the year to fish, WINTER!!

Vex, the guy was probably hitting the button on his GPS as he zoomed by and wanted a accurate way point. It really stinks if that's what some people will sink to doing!

24incher, I don't think this is a lynch mob offense

Hey,whats the state law? Isn't "sleds must be at least 100ft away from any type of ice shelter?" To lazy to look it up but someone here must know.
