Has anyone fished The Rum at the park in Princeton lately? I also have a few shore spots on private land just south of downtown and was wondering if anyone had caught anything around that general area lately? I have not fished it since last fall and might try to hit it by shore some on Sunday just to say I got out on opener.

Do people actually do pretty well fishing in town at that park?? I've gone a few times with some luck, maybe i've just hit it at the wrong times. Caught a monster bluegill there once and other times some suckers.

Both the Rum and the Elk river are still up pretty high.........shore fishing will be dicey unless you have a good high spot to sit
