I drove by this spear shack Monday morning and again Monday afternoon around 4pm and it was sitting normally........this is a photo of it Tuesday about 10am.

Oh that has to suck! I'd wait until it got 8 inches of ice formed back around it. Then I'd get a chainsaw and cut it out and maybe pull it out with a wheeler? Should work as long as it doesnt get so warm that it totally sinks.
