Am I the only one not catching a thing on bemidji? I used to think I was a decent fisherman but I'm about to give up. Help please

I thought the same thing. I have fished the north side of the lake, the main lake humps, and a couple spots on the south side with only 1 small walleye a spot.

Yea I've been all over the north side. I had a bunch of marks last night but no takers.

Was just their last weekend. I was pounding the walleyes from 430 to 630 I would get out at about 2 set up the house catch some nice perch and then walleyes would move in. Smallest I got was 14 biggest I got was 21. Every night pulled in atleast 4 only kept one each night for dinner. Bemidji is far from a dead sea its a great lake.

Not completely dead, but slow slow show.

Walleyes have been slow for me. Can get some perch, about 40 percent of them are decent sized. I've drilled quite a few holes in the last week and it seems about the same all over. I'm sure some people are stool getting them, but not me. No action at all on the jigging raps. A rare walleye on a dead stick.

I'm sure they will start biting better about the time walleye season closes.

Sounds good. I'm usually up their a couple weekends a month visiting my girlfriend at bsu. Best advice I can give is stay away from the groups and fish on top of the bars and flats in 12 to 16 fow. Closest I ever got to another fish house was about 300 yards

I was using glow buck shots with a big minnow head on it. Never caught one on a dead stick
