Anyone know the cheapest place to refill 20lb propane tanks? Swaps @ gas stations are usually around $20, but I found a Holiday in Maple Grove that refills for $15. Anyone know of any better deals?

$15 seems good. My issue is finding a place that only charges for what they put in. If you can fid a place to refill they will charge for the size of the tank not for what they put in.

Right now Uhaul is 3.29 per gallon. Average tank is 4 gallon. But I always go to Tractor Supply. It is about 2.49 per gallon.

Mikes LP Gas in maplewood on Frost ave is $13.90 for a 20# fill, but they weigh your tank before hand and only charge you for what they fill.

Tractor Supply on 52 in IGH charges by the gallon for LP, not a flat fee per tank. Current price per gallon is 1.99

A 20# tank will take about 4 1/2 gallons so it costs about 9.50

This is where I go, Filled up 2-20lbers for $21 recently, then topped off my 11lb tank for under $5.

Much better deal than the exchange, and from what I hear the exchanged tanks arent even full.

The guys at Tractor Supply said they have been getting the food truck guys to drive down and fill up because they are cheaper priced.
