New Years Weekend Freds Beds Morris Point

Fished out of Freds Beds Thursday noon to Sunday 10am. Group of 12. 1st house total of 82 fish 29 keepers biggest 17 1/2 2nd and 3rd houses 50 plus fish 20 plus keepers in each house 18 1/2 biggest. Fished in 25 ft Demon with red dot, red hook and Jr peach color with gold back rattle spoon were the best baits. We have stayed at Freds for 3 years and will go back again. Nels does a great job nice sleepers good price and the houses are always on freash ice.

No night bite. We do the sleepers to help keep the cost down. 3 days 3 nights runs around 240.00 per thats with tax and bait. I like Freds bed because you can drive to the houses, and leave to go get dinner at night. The houses have TV DVD in them.

Is that 240 per guy having 4 guys per house or do they give you a break as you have 12 guys and 3 houses?

That price was per guy. Did not change for having 12 guys. I checked there wedsite the price 220.00 per guy on weekend and 200.00 per guy on weekdays. That is the price for the 3 days and 3 nights. The 3 days seems to give you the best price because 2 and 2 is 190 weekend and 170 weekday.

I see Fred's beds is using Morris points road system, were you able to drive out with 1/2 ton trucks? Thanks for the post we are headed up in a week

Morris point opened there road to 3/4 ton trucks and up 20 foot wheelhouse today according to there Facebook page.
