Call them and explain what happened. Just thinking out loud but maybe just another float added would fix that problem. I am sure they would send you another one to try. I haven't had my fall out but I've also made it a habit to check it.
Ya called them and talked with a guy that said they would call back yesterday or tomorrow. Mine is from the first production run and they have to think of what went wrong and what will work. Hope to hear good news today.
This was the first time in 3+ seasons that I did not check to make sure the drill chuck was not completely tight.
This one incident would not make me hesitate one bit on buying the K-drill. Love it!
