Fishmor Slusher will simply amaze you. Well worth the price if you think about it. Especially recommended to people with back issues such as myself . No more hand slushing and carrying buckets of ice out of the house and way faster. Just remember to switch the drill to high speed. And most importantly, DO'NT get sucked into the VORTEX of the downward spiral...

Well even though I questioned it right away, I ended up going with the Fishmor Slusher. Smokey Hills had one on hand. I believe it was Josh that I spoke with that showed me the options that they had on hand. He said that they replaced the slush copter with the slusher in the store. The slusher is all metal vs plastic, it will fit on a 3/8 drill instead of a 1/2" only drill like the copter.

I tried it out yesterday and it was awesome. It works as advertised. If you push it about half way down the hole then fire it up and run it to the surface and back down a few times, it's like flushing a toilet. only had a little bit of slush sneak back up each hole, but it was so small that it melted in a few minutes.

I am very satisfied with this and it saves a ton of time and gets you fishing a lot quicker. I do thank everyone for their recommendations as I value the input i get here.

I use a simple and inexpensive paint mixer along with my cordless drill. Slip on a length of foam pool noodle and secure with a cable tie and it floats!

Sounds interesting. Do you have a favorite, and where do you usually buy it?

Thanks

Do you have a picture of your device?

Don't have a picture of mine - it's up north in my wheel house.

I use a metal spiral paint mixer made for mixing 5 gallon buckets of paint. I have seen them at Menards, HD & FF.

Just attach to your cordless drill and get a vortex going down. Clears the hole about 90% in 15-30 seconds.

Here's a link to a couple from HD:

Thanks, was wondering how you attach the floatations (noodle)? Just poke shaft through it and slide down?
