The wife and I are kid free all saturday day and night, to spend it fishing. I was thinking about heading to the chisago area, with north or south center in mind. Anyone have any advice or favor one over the other (north or south) or even a different lake in the area to try. Hoping for crappies/sunnies during day walleyes towards sunset into evening (in a perfect world of course) Thanks

I like the Lindstrom/Chisago chains. Usually I get my limit of crappies during the evening hrs. Small perch and sunnies can be caught during the day. People are driving all over the lake so if you prefer to walk, it's up to you. Good luck
