Got a new species since the last time I've checked my cams. He's in the lower left hand corner. Otherwise same deer, nothing special.

Nice a rooster pheasant. What part of the state do you have your camera at? I went to the hunting land on Friday when I took the day off work. I shore fished on big sandy with no luck for crappies or sunnies. I set up two more cameras and changed cards out on two cameras that have been up already. I also planted a small section of the ATV trail in a clover mix for "shaded areas" more like a test area. Limed for the second times fertelized tilled planted and packed. Rain is coming tomorow and ground was already moist. Got a first also- a turkey its back only tho on The camera behind the field. Saw two on the way to land within 5 miles and nine deer also; a good sight to see a lot around. That's the first for sure turkey on camera. I reset that camera there to cover the trail side better now.

GGG my land is near Mora. The pheasant population is surprisingly strong around there for being north. I saw multiple roosters while hunting for turkeys, even had a hen walk through my set followed by a rooster 10 minutes later. Lots of drumming going on all day too but I have yet to see a grouse. I have not gotten a turkey on cam, but hopefully once I get a food plot established I'll start seeing them.

I see a few pheasant up that way now. Had a hen run across 23 near Ogilvie on my way home Friday afternoon. I heard plenty of grouse drumming in the morning while I was up north. The bucks are just barely starting to grow antlers I saw in a picture from a trail camera up there.

Got up north to do some work on my land Wednesday. Checked my cameras while I was there. Same old, deer, coyote, coon, then this? What is this? Camera is 3.5-4 feet off the ground and on a tree that is only 4-5" in diameter. I think it's something climbing the tree but at 2 am? Any ideas? The game trail is way out in front of the camera and this tree is set back into the tree line a couple feet.

Big Bears!.....more cats, wolves, yotes, turkeys, porcupines, rabbits, skunks, and more

I crossed paths with a bobcat as I went to pull cam....unfortunately the cat walked just behind the cams as I approached, would have been cool to get both of us in cam as I was about 70 yds out

and for many of those who question there yote pics thinking their wolves....as I always say if you question it is not a wolf cause they are no doubters

Deer growing noticeable antlers by 4/20
