Thank you god for the much needed rain. Got about 1 inch of rain. Planted Saturday brassica turnip radish rape. Should be coming up within the next week.

Yep just checked got 1.7" of rain where we just planted Sunday. Should have been a great soak. Looks like a little more rain this weekend to help it along too!

Checked the food plot this evening and already sprouts coming up 1/2 inch to 1 inch tall. Great seed from Deer Creek seed out of Wisconsin thanks guys​. Had small 8 point and doe walk in when checking it out. Looks good for this season.

Planted my first plots on the 28th. I went with whitetail institute winter oats and peas each blended with clover. I liked their product guide option to put in your info and it guides you to a product.
Was glad for the rain this week as our top soil was dry. Back up in 3 weeks to lay another covering of fertilizer.
