Buns were mini flour tortillas with a spicy shredded cheese blend and some pico de gallo.

-----

Vortex wide side up, with Badass Beef Boost seasoned burgers and the tortilla "buns" on the Griddle Grate.

-----

Added roasted red pepper Monterey jack cheese slices to the burgers.

-----

Cinco de Mayo Burger plated up with a side of sour cream.

-----

Thanks for looking!

Great idea and looks delicious! Your picture is missing something though... a margarita!

We went with traditional tacos, but will have to keep something fun like this in mind for next year.

Thank you for clarifying I was wondering where I could get a grate like that myself. If you know direct vs indirect, this grate can do it all. I have tempered with formulating my own. MossyMo keep the posts coming.

Thanks for the info. I'm hoping for that griddle grate for fathers day, and by hoping I mean my wife is putting the order in soon. Keith is a super cool guy. now my next question is which vortex works best with that set up?
