Dry marinated pork spare ribs for 24 hours.
I used my own chipotle powder and smoked sea salt, garlic and worschestershire powder from spice barn.
Grilled for 6 hours at 200 degrees using apple and hickory woods for smoke and bacon on the short end for moisture
Then smothered in my honey BBQ sauce and turned up the temperature to
225 degrees and covering for the final 1/2 hour. Fork tender!
A great way to top off a day without rain with abundant sunshine!

Great looking ribs Trick. Nice to see folks use their own rubs and sauce. One thing I do now is when I sauce them in the end I spray the ribs with equal amounts of rum and a good brand apple juice. good luck.

Reinhard,
I forgot to add that I added water to the pan after searing the ribs on the grill.
The sky is the limit!

I spend a lot of time smoking all sorts of things and my go to spritz is 1 parts captain 3 parts apple juice.

Just what I need, the neighbors talking about that guy that always goes through 4 bottles of rib spray every time he's got the grill going but seldom has the nozzle on the bottle. Great looking ribs Trick!

LOL Highbreeze You can adjust that spray bottle to a straight shot instead of spritz. I've done it. good luck.
