I read an article about Beef Cheeks and how they are kind of like a mini brisket that smokes in 5 hours. I want to try it but don't know where to look.

Anyone got a hook on beef cheeks?

Millhouse, call inner city Stores like the Lake Street Cub or Broadway Cub about cheeks. Plus some smaller ethnic markets. I would bet that they may have some in the frozen bunkers. I know when I was working the Broadway Cub had a huge area full of every part that you can imagine including cow hoofs. That Broadway Cub is not in a good neighborhood though. good luck.

I don't know any Zach's from around there unfortunately. But maybe I'll catch you guys at wizards some time. (I don't go to the pines anymore. Too expensive and the food and service is crappy)
