That was the supposed plan, both the native and dnr were to monitor the catch at accesses and record the take for each tribe, well that didn't last long as our video's will prove, truck load after truck load of walleyes leaving acceses around the lake un accounted for, ton's of walleye slipping thru the cracks from native on your honor take,,,what a joke, then we have a pro netting here chirping about sport fishing extended by two weeks of no keep walleye fishing, mean while the netters continue to pilage, keep all the spawning walleyes they want, sad state of affairs.

I suspect that the bands' biologists and the DNR's biologists will tell you that they can and do get accurate harvest information and estimates from the data that they do have. No one can count or monitor each fish that is caught or killed regardless of who does the catching or killing. Estimates are made from the data collected.

If you think that the methodology which is being used is not sound, you should find a biologist who can verify that with a report.

Like I stated before "your in denial" or fishing for argument.BTW,its been proven that the band bio and our dnr bio's haven't a clue, just puppets and feed off each other mean while we tax paying license buying sports men and women take it in the shorts

If I am in denial, you should have no trouble finding an independant professional biologist who can confirm that you are right.

It's not enough to badmouth professional biologists - you need to put some beef on your bun and back up what you are saying.

Perhaps the lack of scientific support for your claim is why your input into the settlement agreement was not requested?

If you go to court with what you got you will be ignored there also.

Come'on man,its no secret, its all about the money....doesn't take a biologist to see what has happened to mille lacs as well as red lake, fish need to spawn to keep the bio spawning mass in check, gill netts created this mess along with greedy native netters,.for now they have the right to harvest they also have the choice of doing whats right but lack common sense to refrain from netting thus killing our once beloved mille lacs lake.

Actually, it does take a biologist. If you want to have any credibility that is.
