Ended up running into a few shallow water Gators while chasing Bass yesterday. First one was 7.5lbs on a spinnerbait. Second one increased to 8.5lbs on a swim jig. That one was in about 2ft of water. Bass and Pike were mostly shallow. Big Pike in shallow water is usually a ruckus!

Fall is here, so get out and fish while you can.

That's awesome! I got broken off last night throwing off the dock at Beebe. Broke off a white spinner and 30lb braid. As i was retying, i heard him jump and the spinner was jangling like crazy. Would have loved to see that fish.
