I got an 02' Yamaha Grizzley from a relative. No title or anything, it needed lots of work. Stickers are expired, how hard is it to get new ones with no title?

ATVs in Minnesota do not have titles. As a result, you'll need a bill of sale showing the transfer and take the old stickers/registration card in to get new ones issued. Pretty straightforward.

Did this a few months back. Correct, all you need is a bill of sale.

Doesn't matter. The only requirement for the bill of sale is that it has the seller and buyer's signature. It can be handwritten.

What work is needed or needs to be done?

I am almost done with lots of stuff on my 94 Kodiak 400.
I did front wheel bearings, brake wheel cylinders, many brake components, front u-joint, front diff axle seals (since I was there).

Make sure the bill of sale is from the registered owner. My wife works at a Registrars office and a lot of ATV's and boats have passed through several owners who never changed the registration on them.
The buyer then has to track down the owner of record and get a bill of sale from them. There is a privacy law that prevents the clerk from telling you who the legal owner is, they can only tell you it is not the person on the bill of sale.

Most ATV dealerships sell a small plastic plate , or at outdoor hunting/fishing stores like Cabelas or Gander Mts should have one for sale . You attach the sticker to the plate and you need to attach the numbers and/or letters given to you . You should have got instructions for doing such with your sticker. Quite simple.
