I'm new to the ATV game and no it is not simple. The ATV rules booklet does not explain anything clearly on this registration sticker business. Typical DNR BS. I pay 68$ to ride on lakes for 3 years and now I have to buy/make a license plate I guess......

There's an entire page dedicated to the plate requirement in the Off-Highway Vehicle regs (pg 14).

No where on that page or in that booklet does it explain that you need to make a license plate. I guess I'm old school, but I figure if a vehicle needs a plate they should provide it for the $68 fee I paid. I'm a novice to the ATV world so this is all new to me. the whole process is very vague and not explained well.
