Hi all,
I need new tires on my 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500.
I would like to go with a little bigger size tire. It has 265/65/18 on it now.
I'm wondering what size some of you have put on your trucks, weather you liked them or they were to big and rubbed or whatever.

Thanks for your comments

don't go bigger, you will loose winter traction.

talk to nDave @ Discount Tire in Rogers. Tell him I sent you.

Will it make a noticeable difference in winter traction just going up a little in size? Like to a 275/70/18 -- 265/75/18

Cooper discoverer at3. Best tires by far I've ever put on.

I had the Cooper ATW's on my last pickup and loved them, went with the AT3s this time (Got them last month) and am very happy with them so far.

I like the Coopers as well.

One thing to check is to see what sizes the computer on the truck can be set for. If the computer can't bee set for the size of tires your Speedometer will be off.

Cooper AT3s or the ATW's. If you stay the same width you won't notice any loss in traction. If you go wider, you spread out the contact patch which lowers PSI which is what helps you with ice traction. And the wider the bigger footprint you have to plow through the snow and mud.
