Nothing much better than hangin in the skid house with friends & family waiting for the marks to appear on the Lowrance! It is still one of the better lakes to have a chance at catching a monster during daylight hours.

All walleye must be immediately released. Closed from September 5th through November 30; No walleye may be targeted.

NO LIVE BAIT: Only artificial baits and lures allowed in possession till November 30. Only exception is made for suckers greater than 8" in length targeting northern pike and muskellunge.

I am going to try and make a trip or two this year to this great lake, I to like to put the rattle reels down and sip on a cocktail or two and listen to some Country music and hope a big old walleye or Northern will hit the rattle reel. Beats working and we all know we all do to much of that.................Kirk

Agreed kirk, set those rattle reels, pour your favorite cocktail, and play some poker. That's what we do.
