Injected and fridged the beef ribs overnight, seasoned and hung in the grill for 4 hours.

-----

Here they are just before foiling…

-----

-----

After cooking in foil an hour and a half they rested in foil for about 45 minutes before slicing.

-----

Excellent flavor and prime rib tender!

Thanks for looking!

You say those are beef ribs? Looks like pork baby backs or pork spareribs, AND they look delicious. The only beef ribs I ever see at the grocery are short ribs which are much thicker. Where do you buy those ribs you cooked? I would love to get some to smoke myself! Awesome Q view!

Thanks! They are called plated beef ribs, difficult to find. Wife requested them from the grocery store and had to purchase the case... kinda of nice to have around in the freezer!

Beautiful Mossy. No doubt about it by the size of the bones those are beef. Great smoke ring too. I'm sure those were a treat!

No wood added for smoke on this one, straight Kingsford briquettes!

Mossy you did a super great job as usual. Beef plates are common here in the cities. Any place that cuts their own short ribs weather they are standard style or flanken style have the plates on hand. I get them and I have the butchers crack the ribs three ways but leave the whole plate whole. Mossy show's everyone how great these ribs are. The best ribs in my opinion. good luck.
