Chicken Garlic Sausage

At the request of my wife I made chicken garlic sausage. 10 pounds of it. Used half of boneless thighs and boneless breast. Used Curley's Garlic seasoning pack enough for 10 pounds. Added 2 cups of powdered milk, 3 cups of water, and some extra garlic. I blanched them in 170 degree water until they reached 165. Pretty tasty.
