Any new report in the past 2 days how much the river has gained.. What are you boys seeing for water temp ? Thanks!

So you didn't end up going the other night? I was hoping to read a report from you.

According to the USGS, the water temp at Manitou Rapids is currently 32.2 degrees and the level has been pretty stable for the last 6 days, which is low.

Heading up on the 6th for the weekend. Getting a little excited being the cold snap might keep the two forks locked up for a bit yet. I am hoping it picks up by that weekend.

Frontier Landing is open. I am sure the river is slowing down on its opening with this cold weather. I have seen reports that even ice is being formed again with these cold night temp. Dress warm and be safe up there if you are fishing. Hope this weather changes shortly because the Sturgeon hunt is about to start.............Kirk

Sounds like the water levels are dropping. Is it realistic to think the timber mill ramp could be open by next weekend? I saw someone said there was still 18 inches at Vidas.

It's halfway there but the weather I'm seeing just keeps getting colder Everytime I look at it. I have rooms for 13-15 but might be cancelling for later date And just sturgeon fishing

Edit. Not half way to timbermill but half way to Vidas. Read other post wrong
