Ice 55 and Ice H7?

I'm currently running two flashers in my icehouse, a Ice 45 and 55.
They are close enough that they interfere with each other.

I'm wondering how a Ice Helix 7 will work?

Anybody?
HB was no help, they said maybe...

Not sure where to go for help and hate to buy a H7 and find out it doesn't work either.

I am surprised you can't use the IR to clean it up.

I run ICE 55 and Marcum lx3. I need to hit IR once on the marcum and that is it.

Did you ask about the two birds not being able to clear up the interference?

I run an ice-55 right next to my dad's helix 7 chirp g2n in his otter lodge with no issues!

Did you try putting one on Meters and the other on feet. That works for me. You can do that and then play with the noise rejection after you make that adjustment. Also in deeper water put cones on narrow beam.

Thanks all, I tried changing the settings per HB and still get interference, I haven't tried the meters/ft thing but will this week.

That fails I may look at the H7 gn2, HB chat said they thought that "might" work, but nice to hear from someone who actually had it work for them.

I think the reason the 45 and the 55 tend to interfere with each other is that they both run the same frequencies. I converted my open water Helix 7 G2N for use on the ice and use the recommended 1521 transducer. I have fished in a 6x12 house with a FL8 and FL18 both running and was able to adjust IR for zero interference. Just fished over the weeked with a ICE 55 in a hub house and had zero interference. There is a bit of a learning curve, but I am very happy with the unit so far. Now if it would just catch some fish for me!

Yes they do, can't adjust them enough to get the swirling to stop.
Going to try the meter/ft thing and if that don't work prob sell the 45 and buy a H7

Make sure you get a H7 G2 (Gen 2) with CHIRP and run the 1521 ducer. I've ran Gen1 units before and they can work well but much more involved and finicky overall, especially when it comes to IR settings. The CHIRP clarity is fantastic. Converted the H7 G2N off my bow to an ice rig with a Genz pack and a ram mount to basically use as a backup to my FL-20. Used it once and the FL-20 is now my backup unit.
