I doesn't take a smart person to understand the law, just good reading comprehension skills and common sense. You obviously (see, I fixed it) didn't understand (comprehend) the law when the CO warned you about it and you are so stubborn now that you think you are above the law and that when caught again, a lawyer will help you out of your self made situation. And again, you're right you don't have to agree with the law, you only have to pay the fine or do the time for breaking it. Probably going to be more than the $20 resident license that would solve your problem. Keep us updated.

LOL Boy you sure hate to lose a conversation! Oh I'm above the law now. Sure glad you can tell me how I'm thinking. Go read a book and educate yourself. I've talked with three separate CO's in the field now and they all agree it's a stupid law. We are in the process of changing it to include MN Lifetime license holders. It will take time but it's an issue that needs addressing. I certainly don't need someone uneducated telling me that I'm basically stupid. Not! I'm really tired of you now that you know everything. Bye.

In your original post, you say you are going to take a ticket and fight this in court so by your own words you are saying you are above the law.

Which book should I read to educate myself? The one where it says you need a resident license to fish the Mississippi river (regulation book) or another good read? I just got the new Prey series book which I hear is a great read.

I see your 3 CO's and I raise you 6 pages of replies that say you are going to lose and one of those replies is from an actual lawyer.

First you say I need to get a book and educate myself, then you say I'm uneducated and then you say I know everything. Which is it man! Stay focused!
If I'm uneducated, how come I understand the law? You didn't understand it because if you did, you would have spent the $20 to get a WI resident license and never would have been making your last stand on this mole hill.

Keep us updated.
