By the lack of activity except in the ice fishing & sports forums I assume that everybody has checked out.

Maybe some will come back in the spring.

As soon as we see the first skim ice things will light up with folks looking for ice reports. Happens annually without question. Water was 47 degrees today so barring a warm up we should see things getting going in parts of the state by the end of the month.

ICE??!! Not yet!!! There's plenty of open water yet to fish. My better half and I were out this afternoon. Found a few way up shallow. So we invited them to dinner. LOL!!

Contribute is the answer. I try to. Who makes this site or others? The members and those that start threads and reply to them. I was on 3 sites plus my own hobby one. Just had to cut it down to one besides my own. Yes ice is always something that triggers activity and in the spring waiting for ice out LOL. Coming back from the deer stands up north my brother brought along some minnows and a couple of rods. He said let's stop at one of the lakes and fish off shore for a couple of hours. No problem. Right off the boat landing we caught some walleyes to bring home. Nice eaters. Just bobbers and fatheads. Good trip. Going to go there first ice. No need to drive on the lake, just walk out and fish. Love it up there. good luck.
