Out of Garrison Sports sitting in 23 ft next to ice ridge looks like mud bottom. Been here since 1:00 and unfortunately have not marked a fish yet. Brother is about 25 yards away on gravel/rock bottom in 20ft and one 20" on a Sucker. Gonna see how it goes over night. Anyone having better luck and would like to share it would be appreciated. Would like to keep the wife busy. 😋 Keep updating as it goes.

Not much to reply. 2-8"ers on deadstick with fatheads plain red hook. No marks jigging.

Well 7am update and not much to report. One 18" at 10pm and that was it. Rattle reels didn't even move overnight. Gonna give it a couple of hours here and make a move if nothing happens.

Made a move but not far. Went to 19 fow. Moved next to a buddy of mine that came up later and did pretty good over night and this morning. He did get a 22 3/4" with two DNR tags on it. But fortunately haven't had a bite since we moved. Guess we will see what happens.

After sitting there till 7pm and not even marking anything we decided to try another move. This time to Brandt's. We went out to 25ft and just as we got the lines down we had 2 16"ers on deadsticks. Plain hooks with shiners. That was at 9:30. Overnight we picked up 4 more 14's to 18. But also missed 3. Biting very light. See how the morning bite goes.

Well things are certainly picking up. 8 from 16 to 24 1/2. Not fast and furious but been better than yesterday. Missed 2 big ones on the way up😥. Jigging being the best. Yellow glow frosty with minnow head.
