Has anyone used those "Fake" weeds on or around your fish house to hold fish and create structure?

Are these Legal to use in Minnesota?

Are other products legal to use if removed ? There is no mentioned of this that I could see in the fishing regulations handbook.

Thanks

I also just looked through the reg book and cannot find anything saying they aren't legal. I thought it use to say panfish cribs (I cannot remember the exact name but the box type cages people would drop down to attract pan fish) were illegal in MN. If you are able to remove the fake weeds maybe it would be legal?

My recommendation would be to call the CO, explain exactly what you want to do and see what they say.

They were really popular several years ago but you rarely hear about them any more. I assume there is a reason for that.

I believe they are legal as long as you take them with you when you are done.
