Chopped chicken thigh sandwich

I pounded some boneless skinless chicken thighs flat with a meat mallet. Then seasoned them all with Flavor Connections rib rub. I cooked them on my 36" blackstone griddle. Then chopped them up. Some got Kermits Key Lime wing sauce some got Alabama white bbq sauce and the rest I left dry. I really liked the Alabama white bbq sauce. The Kermits key lime sauce was really good too, I recommend you try both.

That looks amazing! Where did you get the Alabama white sauce, or was it homemade? Thanks for the great idea!

I found a recipe online and made a couple tweaks to it.
