I'll try and remember to grab the one we use when I get home. One trick I found with ours is to throw the pheasant in half way through the cook time otherwise it tends to dry out pretty good

This is what my wife does.

Debone the breast meat. Half way cook that in the oven.

Make soup stock by boiling the bones and remaining meat.

Cube up the breast meat and put it all in the crock pot with other stuff including wild rice.

I will see if she has an ingredient list and temps and times.

Here is a great recipe for pheasant wild rice soup.

Cook the wild rice takes a while but follow the directions trust me. drain it and set it a side.

boil your phesant in a big pot enough to cover it.

add a few 4 -5 chicken boulion cubes get this to boil cooking the phesant. take the pheasant out set it aside to cool and shred it when you can. add your veggies chop them up and toss them in. (carrots, broccoli, red potatos, what ever you like in soup. )
toss your shredded meat back in when the veggies are nearly cooked. you next need to make a mixture with seasoned flour and heavy cream add that and mix it all upit should thicken up a bit add your wildrice. Check the flavor add maybe some pepper, salt to taste and your set.

Here's a crockpot casserole type recipe...

1 cup raw wild rice
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of mushrooms (chopped)
2.5 cups of water
2 pheasants cut up in chunks
1 pkg of instant onion soup mix
bacon (chunked, cooked, and to taste)

Mix everything when you throw it in the crockpot. Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top.
Cook for 6-8 hours. We add the pheasant after the first few hours otherwise it tends to get a little tough.
We have also added chopped celery and carrots for a different twist with a few veggies. We've also substituted a can of cream of celery for the mushroom to mix it up. We also usually double it when we have company and use a whole pound of bacon.
