http://wtip.org/moose-hunt-returns-northeastern-minnesota-2... Makes me sick to see this. This is so outrageous. These tribes do not need moose to survive and this is purely greed. They are no longer protectors of nature, they destroy it. The moose herd is in danger and now they do this again? DNR draws new deer zones up north stating they want to protect moose and this is allowed. Yes there will be some that will say that they have the right. NO. Just because you have the right does not make it right. Laws should apply to everyone. They are not special by any means. good luck.

Rape and pillage....sounds like same problem with them netting fish to "feed their elders since they are starving to death". I can't even put in for a once in a life time hunt for moose here or keep even one walleye from the lake I enjoy fishing the most. That's my white privilege. This will be lock in under a page.

Reinhard, the link doesn't work, at least not for me on two different computers. So I'll reserve judgement on the topic after only reading hear say.

It's real smart to take a moose population and kick it while it's down.

Different band same bull. I thought they harvested them to feed there families... apparently they are sick of fish and want to profit and eat steak.

Maybe they should get jobs and support themselves that way- Guess I'm dreaming.

This makes me sick to my stomach. How does this happen in an era where everyone is suppose to be equal. All laws should be equal for all people regardless of ethic background. Its sad both on the moose front and walleye front.
