Good luck to everyone keeping the hunting tradition going with the opening of the firearms deer season on Saturday! Please report back with your harvests on this post.

My son took this buck during the Rydel National Wildlife Refuge Youth hunt last weekend. I think he shook for 20 minuets!

Nice Buck!

I'll be out early saturday morning. Hoping to be done by early saturday morning!

OK just kidding. This is my first year hunting new hunting land that I now own so I'm super excited. this work week is taking forever....

Anybody have recommendations of where to get a deer processed in the milaca/princeton area or between there and the cities? Still trying to decide if I want to process myself or just drop it off somewhere this year. Have a new baby at home so time is limited this year...

Appreciate the recommendation. This may be a stupid question, do they mix the deer or do you get just your own back?
