Headed to Andrusia the third week in June. How’s the spawn coming along? Mayflies? Any updates on the Cass Lake chain would be appreciated.

Spawn is completely done for walleyes. Shiners are schooled up near O’Neill point and buck bar as of yesterday with many walleyes stacked there as well. Most mid lake structures are beginning to hold fish. Crappies have been doing ok to good. With some big pike coming out of Andalusia. No mayflies yet but have had a small hatch of the midge. (Black fish flies)

Glad to see the site back up and running!

My family decided to stay at Morning Star Resort this year on the northeast side of Andrusia. We will be staying for 1 week starting August 21st. I have had some luck on the main lake (Cass) during this time but have never fished/stayed on Andrusia. Does anyone have any pointers for walleye this time of the year on Andrusia? Thank you in advance, and I will be sure to report my findings/catches.
